Good
planning will ensure a fun and safe night out for everyone.
-
Always plan which bars you intend on traveling to. Contact
them in advance so they know to expect your group. Not all
bars are “Party Bus Friendly”
-
Most important is that you follow their rules, Dress code,
ensure no one is heavily intoxicated (merry is ok !!!)
-
Never try to drink alcohol in a public place, which means
you cannot get off the party bus with any alcohol (on the
street, parks etc). Most of Auckland is covered by laws not
allowing you to drink in a public place. Please respect this
law.
-
Set up times in advance when you will be re-boarding the party
bus. A schedule handed to the group is fantastic.
( see the PDF
form )
-
Have an organiser with a plan – one person in charge,
normally the hirer. It’s no fun having 50 different
people wanting to go to 50 different bars.
-
Allow plenty of time at each venue ( 1 hour ) and only 15
mins max drive between them.
- Music
- our party buses have a good range of music on board but the
best way to have a great time is bring an MP3 player. You can
just plug it in to our sound system. We have all the plugs and
cables.
-
Please CD's are ok, no DVD's ( they don't work) also avoid
bringing along scratched CD's, skipping music is so un-cool!
-
If you intend on supplying alcohol to your group, you need
a special licence, this may take 4 weeks to obtain. Your Party
bus hire need to be planed well in advance.
-
When you get into town, allow plenty of time (2-3 hours) to
relax, by then everyone will want to do some serious clubbing.
Set a time with your party bus driver (by 4am) to be taken
back safely to your final drop off point.
