With all of the multiple trips our school has done over the last few months, I can honestly say Explorers have outdone themselves! We had many trips booked with another company as well, and they majorly let us down with buses not turning up at all, drivers taking our kids to the wrong places etc and with no explanations of what happened their customer service is just terrible!
